SDT manufactures two Ultrasonic Transmitters for verifying the tightness integrity (wind noise, water leaks, weather tightness etc…) of any volume; The SDT 200mW and the SDT 8 Multi Transmitter. The 200mW Bisonic Transmitter is used for checking tightness in smaller volumes or for spot checks after primary inspections. It is a single transmitter (SDT 8 is eight transmitters) with bisonic (dual frequency) mode to eliminate standing waves. Ideal uses include spot checks on small vehicles, spot checks on building envelopes, clean rooms, refrigeration chambers, zero oxygen rooms, and smaller waterproof manholes and doors. For larger volumes (ships, cars, buses, airplanes, trains, etc…) use the SDT 8 Multi Transmitter.
The transmitter is equipped with an internal rechargeable NiCd battery. The user can select between two transmitting power positions (hi and low). Order number FS200BPSUS includes the Transmitter and a power source for recharging the internal battery. At time of order please specify suffix for correct voltage (US = 110VAC, EU = 240VAC European, AS = 240VAC Asiatic)
