The Acoustic Grease Gun Adaptor connects your Ultrawave 170 to any grease gun allowing lube techs to acoustically re-grease bearings hands free. The lube adaptor is available on its own, or equipped with an ultrasonic sensor designed to trend and evaluate frequencies associated with early lubrication failure.

The threaded sensor is used in applications where permanent contact ultrasonic monitoring is required. Applications can range from slow speed bearings on paper machines, critical gear mesh applications on gearboxes, and hard to reach bearings on multi-axis machining centres. A central junction box can tie several sensors together allowing your operator to collect readings from a central point. The sensors can also be equipped with thread on needles for portable inspections.
