EI-Balance calculations are based on the FFT Algorithm. All FFT calculations are performed
independently in order to insure high performances and accuracy.
Before FFT calculations, EI-Balance implements an algorithm to remove DC offset. This process
normalizes the signal removing the mean value from the signal. The resultant signal has a 0 mean value. This
process eliminates inexistent low frequencies from your signal before performing the FFT algorithm.
FFT Accuracy depends on the length of the recorded signal. EI-Balance has the posibility to
change the recorded length in order to increase precision. This is mostly used to improve balancings at very low
speed such as 60 to 100 RPM.
