The EASYTHERM 30 is powerful 12.8 kW induction heater with an ergonomic pivoting yoke. Since the EasyTherm 30 induction heater is microprocessor controlled, a temperature transfer can be implemented within 2 degrees celcius of desired temp. or timed to a fraction of a second. The unit is customizable, in the fact that, you specify voltage, yoke crossbars, and any extentions needed. With the right configuration, this induction heater can accommodate bearing assemblies, and other parts, over a meter in diameter. Upon completion of heating, no more than 2 A/cm of residual magnetism is left behind.
“TURBO-BOOST” - In the horizontal position the part will heat up twice as fast.
The pivoting yoke has the great advantage that only the work piece is handled, because the arm does not have to be lifted manually. This avoids unnecessary handling and reduces the risk of dirt intruding into the bearing or work piece.
