The Innovation 2.0 is an Intrinsically Safe Smartphone running the Android operating system for usein ATEX/IECEx Zone 1/21 and Class 1/2, Division 1 hazardous locations. Developed from the ground up specifically for use in harsh, hazardous areas where safety, ruggedness and reliability are the most important factors of a product. With standard IP68 water and dust resistance and MIL-STD810G drop-protection, the Innovation 2.0 withstands 2m drops onto concrete and is tested against submersion, extreme temperatures, barometric pressure, humidity and vibrations.You will never be out of reach again. When out on site you can remain in contact constantly with operations back in the control room or office via 3G/GRPS and Wifi connectivity.Video collaborative work is now possible in C1D1 and Zone 1 hazardous areas; important information can be shared instantaneously helping solve problems quickly and increase productivity. If your 3G/GPRS signal strength is poor then consider installing Wifi in the process areas.
