Safe and effortless bearing dismounting

The EasyPull, TMMA 8E, combines the user friendliness and safety of the mechanical EasyPull with the effortless force generation by an integrated hydraulic spindle. The TMMA 8E has a maximum withdrawal force of 80 kN (8 tons imp). The puller is protected from overload by a safety valve built in the hydraulic spindle.

• Ready-to-use, integrated hydraulic cylinder, pump and puller - separate hydraulic spindle and pump are not required
• The unique red rings spring-operated opening mechanism allows the puller to be placed behind the component with one movement of the hands
• Self-locking arms facilitate firm grip behind the component, minimising the risk of the puller slipping while under load
• The long stroke of 80 mm (3.1 in) facilitates dismounting in one operation
• Safety valve prevents spindle and thereby puller overload if excessive force is applied
• The spring-loaded centre point on the hydraulic spindle allows easy centring of the puller on the shaft without damaging it
• For dismounting jobs requiring less force, SKF offers a 50 kN (5 tons imperial) version; Hydraulic EasyPull TMMA 5E with a maximum stroke of 75 mm (3 in).
