The Monarch SPS-IM Interface Module translates the signal of the sensor into a compatible TTL Pulse. This TTL Pulse is determined by the target object, and it can be positive 0-5V or negative 5-0V, determined by the user. The output signal is provided through a BNC cable.

 

The SPS-IM Interface Module also powers the sensors, although it must be powered itself. The sensors connect to the unit through a phono jack. Sensors that have a phono plug are identified by the "P" at the end of the part number. Internally there are 4 "AA" NiCad batteries that run the unit. The SPS-IM can be run continuously from a charger, or it will operate up to 7 hours on a full charge.

Same as the M-190 sensors but with an enhanced performance from the amplifier The amplifier extends the operating gap to 0.25 inches (6.35mm) from the target. Frequently used on gears The MT-190 and MT-190W provide a 0-5V TTL output signal.
