The DigivibeMX M10 is the Dynamic Balancing System with more functions in the market. It is built with an intuitive interface and designed also for the most demanding users.

1 & 2 Plane Dynamic Balancing

DigivibeMX M10 contains tools and formulas for in situ balancing as well as for balancing machines. With a single click you can start balancing; forget about machine dimensions, limits, quality grade, these parameters will be asked only if needed. Thanks to its automated tracking filter, the system identifies the RPM in a selected range to avoid inaccuracies in case of slightly changes of speed.

The balancing speed range varies from 60 to 150,000 RPM with signal recording times of up to 5 minutes and the balancing formulas can be used by users with minimal knowledge in the dynamic balancing field, as it has a very intuitive platform as well as a tutorial video and an operation manual.

FFT Spectra

Most of spectral tools in DigivibeMX M10 are based on the FFT algorithm, with a frequency range capable of measuring low speed (1 Hz) up to speeds of 10 kHz. The accuracy of the spectrum varies according to the needs, reaching many millions of resolution lines. Its main purpose is to transform the signal from its time-domain representation to the frequency-domain representation, in order to identify different phenomena such as harmonics, electrical noise, etc.



Dynamic Balancing

Balancing Tool with Soft Bearing Suspension mode
Easy-to-use function designed to perform balancings on the field as well as on balancing machines. The system uses a tracking filter to identify the RPM in a specified range so small changes on the speed dont affect the balancing process. Balancing speed range: 100 120,000 RPM in a very intuitive interface.


Polar Graphics

Polar graphics are visual representations of the balancing vector positions. They are useful for locating the correction masses.

  • FFT cascade for each plane
  • Time domain signals in a cascade format for each plane
  • Polar graphs
  • Final Spectrum

ASCII Compatibility

This format produces a file in text format in which all channels are saved in columns. It does not have header and can be set according to the users needs.
