The EASYTHERM 15 is a 12.8 kW induction heater used for the professional mounting of a range of parts including bearings, typically used in maintenance shops and production areas. The pivoting side-arm yoke is made to reduce the risk of damage and contamination, while increasing efficiency by ease of use and the "Turbo Boost" feature. This unit can handle bearing assemblies, and other parts, as small as 30mm inner ring to 150 kg with the appropriate configuration. A microprocessor controller allows the user to specify a temperature with accuracy of 2 degrees Celsius or use a timer, perfect to .01 seconds . All this, and a 3 year warranty, makes the EasyTherm 15 Induction Heater, an ideal choice for bearing housing installations.
"TURBO-BOOST" - In the horizontal position the part will heat up twice as fast.
The pivoting yoke has the great advantage that only the work piece is handled, because the arm does not have to be lifted manually. This avoids unnecessary handling and reduces the risk of dirt intruding into the bearing or work piece.
